Innocence smiles and optional clothes
Water from standpipe slowly flows
O’ sweet water washes the mud away

Laughter of simpler times that quiver
Teeth chattered with splashes of shiver
Slippery soap to scrub skin and back
Friendly skies and inhibition we lack
Standpipe blossoms of righteous to see
Song of youth with glory of life to be
