So beautiful an evening, calm and free

Ladies and Gentlemen, relishing the sea

Kind breeze tempers air of tropical sun

Cool and pleasant reprieve, day is done

West Indies Venice of protected coast

Eloquent attire of promenade that boast

Waistcoat, bow tie, hat & cane enshrine

Corset, ankle dresses& high collar refine

Etiquette of exotic plumes and passion

Glamourous wide brim hats of fashion

1920 image of time that takes you there

A Sunday evening by the seawalls, so dear

I enjoy all your writings. Wish I can get a copy of your work. Years ago while at school I knew some Allicocks from Upper Demerara River. I noticed he died recently Winston and his mother was Margaret Allicock. Guess u all are related. I enjoy most of all the one about the curious. God Bless your work.
